Operational Rules
- The hire cost is for picking up and returning to place of collection
- Delivery charge of $50 each way within the metro area
- The minimum age of any person towing must be 20 years of age and possess a full driver’s licence
- The trailer must be returned in a clean condition or there will be a minimum cleaning levy of $50.00
- The cost of repair of any damage is the responsibility of the hirer and must be reported to Mio Sapore within 24 hours, where repairs will be arranged
- Any tyre repair or replacement is the responsibility of the hirer
- Any amount due to the hire provider by way of repairs, cleaning levy, recovery charge, tyre damage or late return will be deducted from your credit card account upon notification
IMPORTANT
- On removing the trailer from the vehicle security chain on the trailer MUST NOT BE REMOVED until the rear stabiliser leg is fixed into place. Only when the stabiliser leg is in position can the trailer security chain from the vehicle be removed. Please ask our staff if you have any queries on the above
- Prior to reattaching the trailer to the vehicle, the jockey wheel is to be fully wound up into its lockable position. The Stabiliser leg is to be locked into an upright position and the security chain is to be fitted to and connected to wiring accordingly.
Cleaning Instructions
- Ensure the oven fire is absolutely out before towing! DO NOT DRIVE THE TRAILER WITH OVEN FIRE ALIGHT
- Ensure all pizza boards are wiped clean. Do not soak them in water.
- Check ALL items received are returned, otherwise, charges may apply
